Updates in V16 SP1

The following bugs were fixed in this Service Pack:

• RTF import: Tabs are imported differently in headers and footers than in main text in some cases.
• RTF import: Images inserted 'inline with text' having shape property 'pibName' cause 1D09.
• RTF import: certain types of OLE objects can cause problems.
• RTF import: document causes error 01-1D09.
• RTF export: Numbering properties of paragraphs get lost because of fields in certain cases.
• HTML import: Relative table height not set...
