• Touch Support - ActiveReports 8 introduces touch support for the Windows and WPF Viewer. This feature gives you the flexibility to interact with the Viewers using simple touch gestures.
• Maps - Supports a variety of views and projections with vector layers and Virtual Earth tile layers.
• Full Browser-based Solution - ActiveReports 8 features a new HTML5 viewer optimized for mobile devices with touch friendly UI and gesture support. The viewer also features additional mobile friendly features including offline reports, drill down capabilities and report distribution.
• Barcodes - Expanded support for RSS14Stacked, RSSLimited and MicroPDF417 barcodes.
• ActiveReports 8 Server - This server based platform includes support for multi-tenant reporting, security, extensibility, data caching and report optimization. ActiveReports 8 Server is an optional add-on for ActiveReports 8.
• ActiveReports 8 Ad-hoc Designer - A rich, 100% Web-based ad hoc reporting solution, enabling business users to easily create interactive reports. It offers secure, scalable storage and includes an SDK for accelerating self-service Business Intelligence. The Ad-hoc Designer is an optional add-on for ActiveReports 8 Server.
