FAQ

Combien de temps les licences sont-elles valides ? S'agit-il de licences perpétuelles ou limitées dans le temps ?

Toutes les licences jQWidgets payantes sont perpétuelles et sont vendues avec un abonnement de 1 ou 2 ans aux mises à jour et à la prise en charge par le support technique. Vous pourrez toujours continuer à utiliser le produit sous licence une fois la période d'abonnement arrivée à son terme.

Que se passe-t-il après la fin de ma période d'abonnement ?

Vous pouvez continuer à utiliser le produit sous licence aussi longtemps que nécessaire. Lorsque l'abonnement arrivera à son terme, vous ne recevrez plus de mises à jour et vous n'aurez plus accès à la prise en charge par le support technique (les forums communautaires restent accessibles). Il est possible de renouveler votre abonnement, à un prix plus attractif que l'achat d'une nouvelle licence.

Est-il possible d'aligner la date limite avec celle de mes autres licences en cours ?

Oui. ComponentSource peut s'arranger pour que toutes vos licences aient une date limite commune, même si vous n'êtes pas passé par nous pour les acheter. N'hésitez pas à nous appeler ou nous pour nous faire part de vos besoins.

Oui. jQWidgets est attribué à un développeur, et non à une machine.

Oui, le code source est inclus dans les licences "Developer License" et "Team License". Les licences "Website License" et "Non-Commercial License" n’incluent pas le code source.

Est-il possible de transférer une licence d’un développeur à un autre ?

Oui. Les licences peuvent être transférées à un autre développeur.

Quels sont les types de support technique proposés?

La licence non commerciale (Non-Commercial License) permet d'accéder uniquement aux forums communautaires.

La licence pour un site Web (Website License) permet de bénéficier d'une prise en charge standard par le support technique, qui inclut 1 an de prise en charge, 10 incidents soumis et une réponse dans les 48 heures.

La licence pour un développeur (Developer License) permet de bénéficier d'une prise en charge premium par le support technique, qui inclut 1 an de prise en charge, 40 incidents soumis et une réponse dans les 24 heures.

La licence pour une équipe (Team License) permet de bénéficier d'une prise en charge platinum par le support technique, qui inclut 1 an de prise en charge, un nombre illimité d'incidents soumis et une réponse dans les 24 heures.

Est-il nécessaire d'effectuer une activation en ligne/hors connexion pour jQWidgets?

Non, jQWidgets ne nécessite pas d'activation.
