Perpetual License does not expire, it includes 90 days maintenance.
Annual Subscription Licenses expire after 1 year. You must renew the license in order to keep using the software. Maintenance is included.
Server License
- License for production usage on server.
- Re-distribution or Application Service Provider (ASP) usage are prohibited.
Non-Production
- For developers and system integrators and can only use for development, testing when building a system, maintenance and support work.
- For production usage, please purchase the Server license.
Re-distribution license (OEM)
- For replicating and distributing the products as they are embedded in your system or software product.
Application Service Provider (ASP) License
- For providing services to third parties by incorporating the products into your web services (annual license agreement).
