Correctifs

• Postgres instances that have been unreachable since a Base Monitor restart will now recover more quickly from an "Unreachable" state when they become reachable.
• Fixed an issue where PostgreSQL instance log collection could stop permanently if a log file contained corrupt or truncated content, for example after a server crash.
• Aurora instances without host monitoring will no longer appear as "RDS" on the Global Dashboard.
• Fixed an issue where, in an MSP setup, a Base Monitor with no monitored entities could downgrade involved web servers to Standard licensing.
• Security:
  • The X-Forwarded-Prefix header is now only trusted when it comes from a configured reverse proxy. If the web interface is hosted behind a reverse proxy under a virtual path, add the proxy's address to knownProxies or knownIPNetworks under forwardedHeadersSettings in appsettings.json (the same configuration already required for X-Forwarded-Host and X-Forwarded-Proto).
