Correctifs

• Helpdesk: Agent-type user not assigned to a project posts comments with a signature.
• Mailbox: S/MIME signed emails from IMAP channels are silently dropped.
• YouTrack-to-YouTrack import no longer imports the project team members and their roles.
• The "verify email" message should be shown in the YouTrack UI.
• Attachments are not visible in the Create Issue form when uploaded before the Similar Issues and Articles section loads.
• Spreadsheet import: column values matching an existing user's email create duplicate accounts instead of matching them.
