Che cosa succede alla scadenza del mio abbonamento Professional Support?

Per le Perpetual License, al termine del periodo di abbonamento Professional Support, potrai continuare a utilizzare il software senza ulteriori aggiornamenti o assistenza, oppure acquistare un rinnovo per estendere il periodo di assistenza e manutenzione.

Sì. ComponentSource può far in modo di allineare le tue licenze, anche se non sono state originariamente acquistate tramite noi. Chiamaci o per discutere delle tue esigenze.

Posso aggiornare la mia licenza?

Puoi aggiornare la quantità di licenze da estendere a ulteriori sviluppatori. Puoi anche eseguire l'aggiornamento dai tipi di licenza precedenti al modello di abbonamento attuale. Contatta ComponentSource per un preventivo personalizzato.

Posso aggiungere una nuova licenza al mio account FusionCharts esistente?

Posso acquistare una versione precedente del prodotto?

FusionCharts non vende nuove licenze per versioni precedenti. Tuttavia, se possiedi un tipo di licenza precedente e hai bisogno di più licenze o desideri passare ai modelli di licenza più recenti, contattaci.

Posso installare la mia licenza su più di un computer?

Sì. FusionCharts è concesso in licenza per sviluppatore. Non vi è alcuna restrizione sul numero di computer su cui viene utilizzato, a condizione che sia stato concesso in licenza a ogni sviluppatore.

Una licenza può essere trasferita da uno sviluppatore a un altro?

No. Una 1 Developer License non è trasferibile e può essere utilizzata solo dalla persona con il cui nome è stata acquistata.

Che tipo di assistenza ricevo?

FusionCharts Basic include il supporto della community; tutti gli altri piani forniscono Professional Support via chat, email e telefono. L'orario di ufficio è dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9.30 alle 19.30 IST (GMT + 5.30). Per creare un ticket, visita il FusionCharts Support Center.
