OnlyOffice Chamilo connector has been updated to version 1.3.0:

• Added Chinese (Taiwan), Basque (Spain), Malay (Malaysia), and Galician empty file templates.
• Added a JWT header setting.
• Added a connection to the demo server.
• Added support for setting address for internal requests from the server.
• Added a link to docs cloud.
• Added connection settings validation.
• Document server v6.0 and earlier is no longer supported.
• Now uses firebase-jwt library from vendor.
