Support & Maintenance Pack (SMP) provides priority technical support and all new versions released during the SMP period.

Named User License
Install and use the software on as many computers as he or she likes. The total number of Named Users may not exceed the total number of licenses.

Floating User License
A separate license is required for each concurrent user. You may install the software on an unlimited number of computers connected to a designated network

Timed Subscription License
Your rights to use the software are limited to the subscription period indicated on your order. After the expiration of your subscription, you must stop using the software or renew your subscription. Support & Maintenance Pack (SMP) is included. When your subscription ends, the Support & Maintenance Pack (SMP) will also be terminated. Please note: you will need to register you registration code on the publishers website before using your software.

License Server
If you are using floating licenses or a large number of user-based licenses (20 or more) for Oxygen, you must set up an Oxygen License Server.

La licenza è permanente (perpetua) o temporanea (di durata limitata)?

Tutte le licenze per utente non anonimo o mobili sono perpetue e non devono essere rinnovate.

Le licenze in abbonamento sono disponibili anche per determinate edizioni. Tali abbonamenti devono essere rinnovati per poter continuare a utilizzare il prodotto.

Che cosa succede dopo la scadenza del Support and Maintenance Pack (SMP)?

Se hai acquistato un prodotto Syncro Soft con il Support and Maintenance Pack opzionale, puoi continuare a utilizzare il prodotto al termine del periodo di manutenzione, tuttavia non potrai accedere a ulteriori nuove versioni a meno che non acquisti un rinnovo del SMP.

Posso allineare le mie licenze esistenti?

Sì. ComponentSource può far in modo di allineare le tue licenze, anche se non sono state originariamente acquistate tramite noi. Puoi chiamarci o inviarci un messaggio per discutere delle tue esigenze.

Posso effettuare l'aggiornamento?

Le licenze di aggiornamento consentono di aggiornare una versione precedente dello stesso tipo di prodotto (Developer/Author/Editor), l'edizione (Professional/Enterprise) e il modello di licenza (basata sull'utente/mobile). I prodotti possono essere aggiornati per 12 mesi dopo la fase cardine della fine dell'assistenza in base alla politica di fine durata. Se la versione del prodotto è precedente a questa, dovrai acquistare una nuova licenza.

Posso acquistare una versione precedente del prodotto?

Puoi acquistare la versione più recente di un prodotto, ma installare una versione precedente supportata dello stesso prodotto. La versione precedente può essere utilizzata da un utente con regolare licenza al posto della versione attuale del prodotto.

Il codice sorgente è disponibile?

No. Il codice sorgente non è disponibile per i prodotti Oxygen XML.

Che tipo di assistenza ricevo?

Tutti gli utenti con licenza hanno accesso al forum di Oxygen, che viene visitato quotidianamente dai membri del team di assistenza e dalla community di Oxygen.

Gli utenti con richieste di procedure, richieste di funzionalità e segnalazioni di bug possono utilizzare il modulo di su assistenza tecnica.
