Le licenze commerciali sono perpetue e includono un anno di assistenza, manutenzione e aggiornamenti.

Posso aggiornare/effettuare il downgrade della mia licenza?

Se non disponi più di un abbonamento attivo, puoi acquistare un rinnovo della manutenzione per ricevere nuove versioni per altri 12 mesi. Non è possibile eseguire il downgrade a una versione precedente. Smart HTML Elements consiglia di utilizzare sempre la versione più recente.

Posso aggiungere altri sviluppatori alla mia licenza?

Sì. Sono disponibili licenze aggiuntive e licenze per più sviluppatori.

Qual è la differenza tra una licenza Developer e una licenza OEM?

Le licenze OEM sono adatte a grandi aziende con più società controllate e affiliate o società interessate alle opzioni di licenza OEM. Offrono contratti personalizzati e assistenza platinum.

Che cos'è una licenza Multiple Application Developer?

Una licenza Multiple Application Developer può essere utilizzata in applicazioni Web illimitate, progetti SaaS, Intranet e siti Web.

Che tipo di assistenza ricevo?

Le licenze commerciali includono l'assistenza tecnica per i primi 12 mesi dopo l'acquisto.

  • L'assistenza Standard è valida per 1 anno e fino a 20 ticket di assistenza. Riceverai una risposta da un professionista entro 48 ore, dal lunedì al venerdì.
  • L'assistenza Premium è valida per 1 anno e fino a 40 ticket di assistenza. Riceverai una risposta da un professionista entro 24 ore, dal lunedì al venerdì.
  • L'assistenza Platinum è valida per 1 anno e fino a 120 ticket di assistenza. Riceverai una risposta da un professionista entro 24 ore, dal lunedì al venerdì.
Che cosa succede al termine del periodo di assistenza?

Puoi scegliere di acquistare un rinnovo della manutenzione a circa il 50% del prezzo di una nuova licenza. Questo fornisce altri 12 mesi di assistenza, più gli accessi alle nuove versioni.

Devo disporre di licenze separate per i computer di produzione e di compilazione?

No. La licenza non è per computer, pertanto non sono necessarie licenze aggiuntive per i server di produzione, i computer di prova e compilazione. Il prodotto è concesso in licenza per posto per sviluppatore.

Posso acquistare una versione precedente del prodotto?

No. Le versioni precedenti non sono disponibili. Smart HTML Elements consiglia di utilizzare sempre la versione più recente.

Una licenza può essere trasferita da uno sviluppatore a un altro?

Sì. Le licenze possono essere trasferite a uno sviluppatore diverso. Le licenze si applicano al posto piuttosto che all'individuo.
