I was used to developing reports with Active Reports however now with the syncfusion product I can achieve majority of the basic reports using Syncfusion PDF which is much much faster and simpler to use. Also I have streched the bounds of the Syncfusion product discovering some bugs which they fixed in a matter of days and incorporated to their final build cycle as well. I appreciate that level of customer support. At our company we try to keep things simple and this control permits us to do so. The only frusterating thing is that support is done via email untill it gets escalted which could be an average of 3 days I wish they provided phone support as a first option.
