Annual Subscriptions

One software license is required per user, per year*.
An active Subscription License is required to continue to use the software.
You will need to purchase Subscription License Renewals before your current Subscription expires in order to keep your Subscription active.
Run-time royalty free.

*Purchase a 2 year Subscription or 2 year Subscription renewal to benefit from 2nd year savings.

IDM All Access includes:

  • Every application IDM Computer Solutions publish.
  • Portable versions of UE/UC.
  • Win, Mac, & Linux versions*.
  • Automatic free upgrades.
  • Unlimited lifetime tech support.

Academic - An Academic license is available to non-profit educational institutions.

Perpetual Licenses

Named User: Entitles you to 1 activation (one per license). If you purchase multiple Named User licenses, each individual Named User will receive a separate license ID.

Concurrent User: Licensed per machine where multiple users access the application but only one at a time. For example If multiple people need to use the software at one time, then you would simply need enough concurrent licenses to cover the concurrent usage. For example, if you had the software installed on a server with 100 users, but only 10 people needed to use it at a time, you would need 10 concurrent licenses.

  • 1 free upgrade to the next release e.g. v24.10 to v24.20.
  • Unlimited lifetime technical support via email.
  • Ultra Compare Pro for free.

UltraEdit non vende direttamente le versioni precedenti, tuttavia l'acquisto di una licenza fornirà al cliente una chiave per la versione attuale, che funzionerà anche con le versioni precedenti. UltraEdit fornirà a un cliente pagante un link per scaricare una versione precedente, ma l'assistenza è limitata per le versioni precedenti.

Una licenza può essere trasferita da uno sviluppatore a un altro?

Sì, a condizione che la licenza sia di proprietà e diffusa dal datore di lavoro dello sviluppatore. La licenza include protezioni integrate in modo da non superare l'uso consentito. Le licenze all'interno di un ambiente aziendale sono per singolo utente, per sistema. L'utente singolo può essere riassegnato come opportuno per il normale avvicendamento dei dipendenti. Tuttavia, se è necessaria una licenza "mobile", in cui più persone possono accedere alla licenza su un unico sistema, è necessario acquistare una licenza simultanea.

C'è uno sconto per uso accademico?

Sì. Le versioni didattiche scontate con tutte le funzioni sono disponibili per le istituzioni educative senza scopo di lucro.
