para vendas feitas a nossos clientes em mais de 110 países no mundo todo
menos o valor de quaisquer reembolsos feitos devido a problemas com o produto
entre as datas de 1º jan 2006 e 31º dez 2006, inclusive
as vendas realizadas em moedas que não sejam USD $ foram convertidas para USD $ para obter um valor total final
a lista foi então classificada e os prêmios concedidos com base na colocação alcançada
