  • Common
    • Added Microsoft .NET 6 support - All Syncfusion Blazor components now support .NET 6. This comes with a lot of improvements for Blazor, such as .NET MAUI Blazor, ahead-of-time (AOT) compilation for WebAssembly apps, hot reload, dynamic components, error boundaries, and more.
    • Added a new Signature component - The Signature component is a graphical user interface that helps users draw a signature or text digitally. It provides support for background color, stroke color, and background image.
    • Preview to production-ready components - The following components have been developed to meet industrial standards. They are now marked as production-ready components for Blazor:
      • Breadcrumb.
      • Icon.
  • Breadcrumb
    • Overflow modes - The following list explains the new overflow modes:
      • Menu: Shows the number of breadcrumb items that can be accommodated within the container space, and creates a submenu with the remaining items.
      • Wrap: Wraps the items on multiple lines when the Breadcrumb’s width exceeds the container space.
      • Scroll: Shows an HTML scroll bar when the Breadcrumb’s width exceeds the container space.
      • None: Shows all the items on a single line.
  • Charts
    • Grouping in column chart - This feature allows users to group data points in column, range column, and bar charts based on categories.
    • Right-to-left (RTL) charts - Right-to-left (RTL) direction can now be set for all chart elements like legend, tooltip, data label, title, etc.
    • Reversed legend - This feature allows users to reverse the rendering order of the legend items in a chart.
    • Legend wrap - This feature allows users to wrap the legend text that overflows the container into multiple rows.
  • Data Grid
    • Select multiple rows or cells by dragging - This feature allows users to select multiple rows or cells by mouse or touch dragging on a grid.
  • Diagram
    • Touch gestures - This feature allows users to perform interactions such as selecting, dragging, resizing, rotating diagram objects, and zooming the diagram page using touch gestures such as tap, double-tap, and pinch.
    • Tooltip - This feature displays a tooltip that provides information about the size, position, and angle when dragging, resizing, and rotating diagram elements.
    • Print and export - This feature allows users to export the diagram content as an image file (JPEG, PNG, or SVG format) for use elsewhere. Users can also print the diagram with options to change the orientation of the page, page size, and print the entire diagram in a single page or across multiple pages.
  • Dialog
    • Load on demand - This feature allows rendering the Dialog component dynamically while maintaining or removing the DOM elements when opening or closing the dialog.
  • Word Processor
    • Microsoft Word 2013 justification - This feature improves the accuracy of text justification in the Word Processor component to match the justification alignment of Microsoft Word 2013 and newer versions.
  • File Manager
    • Sortable navigation pane - This feature allows users to sort the files in the navigation pane of the File Manager component. Users can display the files in ascending or descending order based on their application needs.
    • Sort by - This feature allows users to customize the default sort field of the Blazor File Manager component. Users can sort and display the files based on various fields like name, size, and date modified in both the detail and large icon views. Users can also perform custom column sorting.
  • Gantt Chart
    • Predecessor support for parent tasks - Task dependency can be established between parent and child tasks or between multiple parent tasks.
  • Kanban
    • Complex data binding support - This feature provides support for complex data binding in the Kanban data source. It allows mapping complex data by dot notation and setting it to the corresponding fields of the Kanban. It also provides support for CRUD operations with complex data binding.
  • Rich Text Editor
    • Enter key customization - This feature allows customizing the tags appended when the Enter or Shift+Enter keys are pressed by using the EnterKey and ShiftEnterKey properties in the Rich Text Editor.
  • Scheduler
    • Custom month view - This feature provides a flexible month view that starts from the beginning of the week the displayed date falls in. Users can set the number of weeks to be displayed in the current view.
    • Time zone display name - This feature allows users to customize the display names of the time zones in the editor window based on locale.
    • Microsoft Excel export customization - This feature allows users to customize the header names when the Scheduler is exported to Excel.
    • Minimum event duration - This feature allows users to set the minimum event duration to make the event subject easier to read.
    • Spanned event - This feature allows users to display spanned events (events longer than 24 hours) in the work cell area of the day, week, and workweek views.
  • Tabs
    • Active tab in popup - This feature allows users to customize the order of active tabs in the header area or inside the popup in popup mode.
  • TextBox
    • Validation on keypress - This feature allows users to validate input on every keypress instead of on change.
  • TreeGrid
    • Adaptive view - The TreeGrid user interface has been redesigned to provide a better viewing experience and usability on small screens. The filter, pager, and edit dialogs will be rendered adaptively by this interface.
  • Microsoft Visual Studio Extensions
    • .NET 6.0 Support - Extended the Syncfusion Blazor Visual Studio 2022 extension by providing .NET 6.0 support to Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio to create Syncfusion Blazor apps. It also supports conversion, migration, code generator, and scaffolding.
  • Visual Studio Code Extensions
    • .NET 6.0 Support - Extended the Syncfusion Blazor Visual Studio Code extension by providing .NET 6.0 support to Syncfusion Blazor project template, conversion and migration, and code snippet tools.
