Overall the Essential Studio WPF is a great product. Syncfusion's technical support team is by far the most effective organization I have worked with in my 30+ years of software development and systems management. We were amazed at the level of expertise and detailed answers from their technical support. One improvement we would like see is better documentation. Unfortunately many of the technical support incidents I had to post was due to the lack of documentation. I am progressively using more and more of the tools and have committed to use Syncfusion WPF in the rewrite of a Windows Forms application.
