Text Control products are licensed on a per-developer basis. Each developer who uses the products must have their own, assigned license. Each member of the development team, including quality assurance engineers (testers), who need to compile your application - built with Text Control products - requires a license. All licenses are perpetual licenses.

TX Text Control ActiveX Server requires run time licenses for the deployment to production servers. These are the servers where your application is running. The run time OEM licenses enables you to deploy your application to an unlimited number of servers.
