HTML5 Builder has been discontinued. The final release, HTML5 Builder XE5, was introduced in September 2013. It entered passive support in April 2016 and was officially de-supported by November 2018. As of RAD Studio 10.3, HTML5 Builder is no longer included in RAD Studio and is not available as a standalone product.
