Syncro Soft permet à tous les clients d’acheter la dernière version publiée d'un produit, et d’installer une ancienne version prise en charge du produit concerné. Une ancienne version peut être utilisée par un utilisateur sous licence en lieu et place de la version actuelle du produit. L'ancienne version n’est pas une licence supplémentaire du produit. Elle ne peut être utilisée qu'en remplacement de la version actuelle.

FAQ

Combien de temps les licences sont-elles valides ? S'agit-il de licences perpétuelles ou limitées dans le temps ?

Toutes les licences individuelles nommées (Named User) et flottantes (Floating) sont perpétuelles : elles n’ont pas besoin d’être renouvelées.

Des licences avec abonnement sont également disponibles pour certaines éditions, et il est nécessaire de renouveler lesdits abonnements pour continuer à utiliser le produit.

Que se passe-t-il après l’expiration de mon Pack de prise en charge et de maintenance (SMP) ?

Si vous avez acheté un produit Syncro Soft avec le pack SMP disponible en option, vous pourrez toujours utiliser le produit une fois la période de maintenance arrivée à son terme. En revanche, vous n’aurez plus accès aux toutes dernières versions publiées tant que vous n'aurez pas souscrit à un renouvellement de pack SMP.

Est-il possible d'aligner la date limite avec celle de mes autres licences en cours ?

Oui. ComponentSource peut s'arranger pour que toutes vos licences aient une date limite commune, même si vous n'êtes pas passé par nous pour les acheter. N'hésitez pas à nous appeler ou nous envoyer un message pour nous faire part de vos besoins.

Est-il possible d'effectuer une mise à niveau ?

Les mises à niveau vous permettent, à partir d'une ancienne version, de passer à la dernière version disponible pour le type de produit (Developer/Author/Editor), l’édition (Professional/Enterprise) et le modèle de licence (User-based/Floating) correspondants. Les produits peuvent faire l'objet d'une mise à niveau pendant 12 mois à partir de la date de Fin de prise en charge de produit, conformément à la Politique de fin de vie. Si la date de Fin de prise en charge de votre produit remonte à plus de 12 mois, vous devez acheter une nouvelle licence.

Est-ce que je peux acheter une ancienne version de produit ?

Vous pouvez acheter la dernière version d’un produit et installer une ancienne version prise en charge du produit concerné. Dans ce cas précis, l'ancienne version peut être utilisée par un utilisateur sous licence en lieu et place de la version actuelle du produit.

Le code source est-il disponible ?

Non. Le code source n’est pas disponible pour les produits Oxygen XML.

Quels sont les types de support technique proposés ?

Tous les utilisateurs sous licence ont accès aux forums d'Oxygen, consultés tous les jours par la communauté et l'équipe du support technique d'Oxygen.

Les utilisateurs qui ont des questions ou souhaitent envoyer des demandes de fonctionnalités et des rapports de bogues peuvent utiliser le Formulaire de contact du support technique.

Les utilisateurs disposant d’un Pack de prise en charge et de maintenance (SMP) bénéficieront d'une prise en charge prioritaire. Si vous n'avez pas le pack SMP, Syncro Soft ne prend aucun engagement (mais répond à toutes les demandes de prise en charge).
