Syncfusion Essential Diagram is a very powerful tool for creating various diagram. Its features like automatic layout, rich text symbol, and drag and drop are easy-to-code and user-friendly. I am able to meet the short deadline from the agile methodology, and essential diagram can fulfil the customer satisfaction. Syncfusion customer support are also very cooperative, and they are able to give the comments, feedbacks, advices in acceptable time. In case there is any unresolved issue, they will organise a web meeting to clearly provide the solution for that problem. It is really good to have Syncfusion as a partner, and I highly recommend Syncfusion Essential Diagram and its support.

Essential Diagram is a very complete diagramming offering for WPF. One of our customers issued an unexpectedly short deadline for a prototype including diagramming in WPF. We knew Essential Diagram was the correct component, but we simply didn't have the time to climb the standard learning curve that is quite reasonably associated with sophisticated software. We had the "guts" to request "getting started" assistance since we are experienced in WPF and just needed Syncfusion guidance through a clear set of questions we had prepared. To our delight in under 48 hours we were offered a short live Webinar with a Syncfusion team member walking us though a coding example for each of our questions and clearly explaining the underlying architecture and how to get the most from the supplied help and examples. We have found no significant bugs and can highly recommend both Syncfusion's product and their support.

I used Syncfusion Essential Studio WPF Edition in my submission for the INETA Component Code Challenge. The diagram tool is part of that suite. It was my first opportunity to use the Syncfustion tools. I was very happy with the experience. The controls made sense and were easy to use. I was able to wire together a data-driven diagram in minutes. I highly recommend them.
