Previous Versions

If you buy a new license of any Steema product, you will have access to download older versions of the same product.

TeeChart NET for MAUI Licensing

One software license is required per developer.
Runtime Royalty Free.
Steema Licenses are perpetual and include 1 year subscription. The subscription is renewable annually and includes access to updates and support forums.
When the subscription period expires you can optionally renew your subscription for an additional year at the renewal price. We will notify you via e-mail at least 30 days prior to the expiry date. If your subscription has lapsed over 30 days, the renewal price will not apply and the cost will be that of a license upgrade price.

Priority Support
One year of priority, remote and rapid response support:

  • Unlimited number of standard support requests - With the priority support subscription your organisation may send as many non-priority support requests as needed, plus 12 priority questions.
  • Guaranteed response time - For priority questions you will be given an exclusive priority support email address; normally you will receive a response within a few working hours but Steem Software guarantee that you will receive a reply within at most 24 hours during working hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Remote assistance support - Steema Software's support tech can access your system directly if required or you can keep control of your machine and we’ll provide detailed guidance on how to resolve the problem. (Remote Desktop powered by FixMe.IT)
  • Access to preview releases - Subscribers have access to preview releases of the products under support.

FAQs

Is the license permanent (perpetual) or temporal (time-limited)?

TeeChart NET for MAUI licenses are perpetual, and include a 1 Year Subscription for major and minor updates and upgrades, and access to technical support. For further information, please see the License Agreement.

What happens after my subscription expires?

After expiry, you will no longer receive updates, upgrades or technical support. For further information, please see the License Agreement.

Can I co-term (align) my existing licenses?

Yes. ComponentSource can arrange to co-term your licenses, even if they were not originally purchased through us. Please call us or to discuss your needs.

Can I upgrade my existing license?

Yes. It is possible to upgrade from earlier versions. Please call us or send us a message to discuss your needs.

Can I add a new license / previous version to my existing Steema account?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I buy an old product version?

Steema does not sell previous versions directly, but purchasing any new license gives you access to download older versions of the same product.

Can I install my license on more than one machine?

Yes. The Development License allows one Developer to install the software to two machines provided they are not to be used concurrently. For further information, please see the License Agreement.

Is Source Code available?

Source Code is not available in TeeChart NET for MAUI, however it is available as part of TeeChart for Visual Studio .NET with Source.

Can a license be transferred from one developer to another?

You can transfer the software (including all component parts) under the understanding that the transferee agrees to the terms and conditions of the license agreement. In this case, please contact Steema with written notification of the license transfer including contact details of the transferee.

What type of support do I get?

Steema offers standard support with all subscriptions.

Optional annual Priority Support includes:

  • Unlimited number of standard support requests
  • 12 priority questions per year
  • Guaranteed response time (normally answered within a few hours but guaranteed response within 24 hours Mon-Fri)
  • Remote assistance support
  • Access to preview releases
Does this product require online / offline activation?

TeeChart NET for MAUI requires activation. If the machine to be activated is not connected to the Internet, you may use an online form on a separate machine to generate an activation code.
