• Content Security Policy Compliance for HTML5 Report Viewers:
  • HTML5-based report viewers now support strict Content Security Policy (CSP) environments through a nonce-based approach for trusted script execution. This enhancement enables customers to meet modern security requirements while preserving the full interactive reporting experience.
• What's Improved:
  • Notification pop-ups in the Web Report Designer can now be closed manually.
  • Deployed examples now include a CSP configuration project for the HTML5 Report Viewer.

Correctifs

• Configuration:
  • Fixed issue where a vulnerable SQLite version is referenced by the .NET implementation.
• Standalone Report Designer:
  • Fixed issue where a NullReferenceException is thrown when previewing a report book with externally styled child reports.
• Standalone Report Designer for .NET 8 and above:
  • Fixed issue where empty reports are created when connected to Report Server for .NET.
  • Fixed issue where reports cannot be created when connected to Report Server for .NET.
  • Fixed issue where Data Explorer does not show SqlDataSource's available fields when connected to Report Server for .NET.
• PDF Rendering:
  • Alternative text of accessible items is read multiple times by Acrobat Reader's 'Read out Loud' functionality.
• HTML5 Report Viewer:
  • Fixed issue where export notification does not clear when exporting is manually handled.
  • A 404 request to '/sass/fonts/kendo-font-icons.ttf' is sent when font icons are used.
  • Print dialog does not open when the browser is set to always download PDFs.
