One software license is required per instance.

Perpetual License - A perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license to install the Licensed Software.

Annual License (12-month term) - A limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license during the License Term to install the Licensed Software. To continue to use the software after 12-months, you need to buy the Annual License again.

Maintenance
Maintenance includes access to email support and includes product updates for the defined period of the agreement.
