Please Note: Kendo UI for Angular and Kendo UI for Vue npm packages now have an additional requirement for developers to provide a license key when adding any of the npm packages to their Angular or Vue projects.
This license is a physical file (in .txt file format) which needs to be included in your project. It can be downloaded from your Telerik Account.

Includes Source Code (excluding Telerik UI for Xamarin).

Available as 2 license types:

  • Annual Subscription License: Flat annual fee including product updates, technical support, and any forthcoming exclusive benefits. The Subscription License must be renewed to continue to use the software.
  • Perpetual License: One-time purchase granting access to the current released versions. Includes 1 year subscription of product updates and technical support. After the initial subscription period you can choose to renew the subscription element. If you do not renew then you may continue to use the installed version available during your active subscription term but you will no longer be entitled to product updates or technical support.

Licensed Developers may install the Software on multiple machines, so long as the Software is not being used simultaneously for development purposes at any given time by more Licensed Developers than You have License seats.

Each License includes 12 months Lite Support

  • 72 hour response time (Monday-Friday)
  • Online ticketing system
  • 10 incidents per year
  • Unlimited bug and feature requests
  • Access to community forum

Lite Support can be renewed on an annual basis.

The license also includes On-Demand Technical and Product Training.

Renewals and Upgrades

  • Early - up to 60 days before the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date.
  • Standard - up to 60 days after the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date (backdated).
  • Welcome Back - more than 60 days after your subscription expired, the new subscription expiration date will be calculated based on the date of purchase of the Welcome Back Renewal or Upgrade.

Telerik UI Accelerator

One software license is required per user per year.
To continue to use the software you will need to purchase an annual license each year.

Telerik UI Accelerator can be obtained in two ways:

  • All subscription plans for supported products* come with an annual subscription of Telerik UI Accelerator (includes Telerik Page Templates, Building Blocks and ThemeBuilder) at no extra charge.
  • Perpetual license holders of supported products* can purchase Telerik UI Accelerator (includes Telerik Page Templates, Building Blocks and ThemeBuilder) as an add-on Annual Subscription License.

* Supported products:

  • Kendo UI for Angular (available as part of Kendo UI)
  • KendoReact
  • Telerik UI for Blazor
  • Telerik DevCraft Bundles

Domande frequenti

La licenza è permanente (perpetua) o temporanea (di durata limitata)?

Tutti i prodotti Telerik Developer Tools sono permanenti. Puoi continuare a utilizzare il prodotto acquistato al termine del periodo di abbonamento.

Che cosa succede alla scadenza del mio abbonamento?

Puoi continuare a utilizzare i prodotti inclusi nell'abbonamento per tutto il tempo necessario. La scadenza dell'abbonamento implica che non verrà più rilasciato alcun aggiornamento del prodotto o nuove versioni del prodotto. È possibile rinnovare l'abbonamento a un costo inferiore rispetto all'acquisto di una nuova licenza. Sì. ComponentSource può far in modo di allineare le tue licenze, anche se non sono state originariamente acquistate tramite noi. Chiamaci o per discutere delle tue esigenze.

Posso aggiornare/effettuare il downgrade della mia licenza?

Puoi eseguire l'aggiornamento delle suite Telerik DevCraft da uno qualsiasi dei singoli prodotti "Telerik UI" o "Kendo UI". Puoi anche passare da un'edizione di DevCraft a un'altra (per esempio, da "DevCraft UI" a "DevCraft Ultimate").

Puoi anche effettuare il downgrade, per esempio da DevCraft Ultimate a DevCraft UI.

Posso aggiungere una nuova licenza/una versione precedente al mio account Telerik esistente?

Sì. Puoi aggiungere nuove licenze dello/degli stesso/i prodotto/i o nuove licenze di prodotti diversi al tuo account Telerik esistente. Puoi accedere alle versioni precedenti entrando nel tuo account Telerik.

Posso acquistare una versione precedente del prodotto?

Telerik non offre direttamente versioni precedenti in vendita. Tuttavia, l'acquisto di una nuova licenza ti dà diritto a scaricare le versioni precedenti del prodotto corrispondente senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

Posso installare la mia licenza su più di un computer?

Sì. Gli sviluppatori con licenza possono installare i controlli Telerik su tutti i computer di cui hanno bisogno, tra cui computer portatile, desktop di casa, desktop di lavoro, ecc.

Posso utilizzare il prodotto su più di un progetto/server/dominio?

Sì. Le licenze Telerik non hanno limitazioni di distribuzione: consentono l'utilizzo dei controlli Telerik per un numero illimitato di applicazioni che si estendono su vari server e domini.

Il codice sorgente è disponibile?

Il codice sorgente è disponibile per tutti i prodotti in DevCraft, a eccezione di Telerik UI for Xamarin e Telerik JustMock.

Una licenza può essere trasferita da uno sviluppatore a un altro?

Sì. Al momento dell'acquisto di una licenza di prodotto, diventi titolare della licenza e viene creato un account cliente nel sistema Telerik. Avrai accesso a un'utilità speciale dal tuo account, dal quale puoi assegnare utenti con licenza (sviluppatori o consulenti). Ogni utente assegnato riceverà le proprie credenziali per accedere al sistema e avrà accesso al software e all'assistenza.

Ogni volta che decidi di riassegnare la licenza del prodotto a un altro utente, puoi eliminare l'utente con licenza attuale dall'elenco utenti e assegnare un nuovo utente. Non ci sarà un trasferimento fisico della licenza in quanto tutto avviene online e consiste nella concessione di diritti indipendentemente dal luogo in cui si trova l'utente.

Che tipo di assistenza ricevo?

Telerik offre tre livelli di assistenza:

  • Lite Support
    Include l'accesso a un sistema di creazione di ticket online, al forum della community e a richieste di bug/funzionalità illimitate. Il tempo di risposta è di 72 ore (dal lunedì al venerdì). Massimo 10 eventi imprevisti all'anno.
  • Priority Support
    Offre tutto quanto descritto sopra, ma con un tempo di risposta di 24 ore (dal lunedì al venerdì) ed eventi imprevisti illimitati all'anno.
  • Ultimate Support
    Aggiunge il supporto telefonico, il supporto Web remoto e la gestione dei problemi.
