Distribution: If Licensee is Authorized, Xceed grants Licensee a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to duplicate the Redistributable Files and to distribute them solely in conjunction with software products developed by Licensee.

Distribution and/or re-distribution rights are provided to Licensees with a valid, active (paid for) subscription. If you do not renew the subscription you may no longer update or distribute your distributed application.
