Xceed Ultimate Suite offers both UI tools for application front-ends and data handling libraries for application back-ends providing high quality extensible controls including grids, charts, UI, Zip, FTP, and encryption as well as networking libraries. All Xceed Ultimate Suite .NET / Silverlight controls are written in managed code, all ActiveX/COM controls (except SmartUI ActiveX) are written in ATL 3.0 and supporting both the STA and MTA multi-threaded apartment models. No external dependencies. Xceed Ultimate Suite Blueprint Edition includes the fully commented C# source code to all the .NET and Silverlight components included in the Xceed Ultimate Suite.

- Xceed DataGrid for WPF Professional Edition v3.5 features a new view called Tableflow: offering fast animated smooth scrolling (with inertia) for improved UI performance (works with data virtualization), sticky group headers and master/detail headers, and parent rows, as well as full-column animated drag and drop reordering. Also new are status indicator glyphs and filtering, for datagrids bound to a virtualizing collection
- Added Xceed Professional Themes for WPF, which provides five flawless WPF themes that can be used to style any official Microsoft WPF control. Implicit styles are supported, so only a couple of lines of XAML are needed to apply uniform styles to any WPF application. Includes Glass, Media, and Office 2007 themes.
- Xceed Real-Time Zip for Silverlight (v2.1) and Xceed Upload for Silverlight (v2.1) are both now compiled with Silverlight 3
