• Fixed a Viewer issue where there were too-frequent requests for page attributes.

PrizmDoc Server

• Fixed an issue that prevented PCCIS caching from being less than 24 hours.
• Addressed an issue with detecting and displaying external MIME attachments with non-empty Content ID (within MSG files).
• Addressed file locking issues with converting HTML and Email files to PDF in a heavy loaded Windows environment. This caused 580 errors to be reported by the viewing session API.
• Resolved an issue with the locking of temporary PDF files when used under a heavy load which caused 580 errors. Improved the handling and logging of possible lock conditions.
• Fixed an issue in the MS Office Conversion Service's task manager to make sure the same document is processed by a single worker at each moment of time. This issue was causing a sporadic 500 Internal Server error when viewing documents in PrizmDoc Viewer.
• Addressed incorrect, horizontally flipped rendering of right-to-left 'Subject' field content for MS Word documents.
• Fixed "Unknown document property name" errors when rendering specific DOCX files containing custom doc properties.
• Addressed race condition in the MS Office Conversion Service that caused "The process cannot access the file" errors in the MS Office Converter's logs upon loading source documents.
• Addressed issue with the PowerPoint process not being able to quit on closing a document which caused the conversion timeouts in certain cases.
• Resolved issue with Watchdog unexpectedly terminating MsOfficeConverter processes on startup. This issue occurred when the processes were running in an unexpected order which caused a delayed services initialization.
• Improved MS Office Conversion Service health check to indicate a missing Microsoft XPS Document Writer printer driver on the server system during the services startup.
• Addressed issue with detection of the Microsoft XPS Document Writer when it is the only printer driver installed on the system. This issue was causing rendering failures when processing Excel files.
• Addressed Email Conversion Service so it will not log escaping symbols.
• Addressed incorrect rendering of line colors in DGN files.
• PrizmDoc DEB and RPM packages now include a Cairo dependency required for rendering Office documents on Linux.
• Java was upgraded to version 8.
• PDFBox library was upgraded to version 2.0.5.
