Added a new SVN Repository Creation Option:

• Added more control for users working with Subversion.
• You can now create SVN repositories without the default directory structure of trunk, branches, and tags. 
• With this option selected, the standard directories will not be automatically created. 
• This is ideal for teams that want to start out with their own structure or are importing custom layouts.

Misc:

• SVN: Added the option to create new SVN repositories without the default directory structure (trunk, branches, tags).
• Replaced the favicon to improve visibility across various browser tab backgrounds.
• Timesheet “Download last export” now correctly appears and is clickable when applicable.
• Ticket PDF exports now include all comment pages.
• SSO TestRail SSO integration has been removed as part of a simplification effort.
• Git: Fixed a bug that sporadically created Git repositories.
• Users: The state field now persists for US-based profiles.
• Wiki: Addressed formatting issues caused by content copied from Google Docs and other rich-text sources.
• Fixed an issue retrieving milestones via the Assembla API.
• Repositories: 
  • Commit page no longer throws a 422 error and displays all commit contents.
  • Improved S3 backup reliability, user notifications, and automatic handling of misconfigurations.
• Self-Hosted:
  • Portfolio invitation emails are now reliably sent.
  • Search functionality has been restored.
  • Users can now successfully add attachments to entities.
