Syncro Soft는 모든 고객에게 최신 버전의 제품을 구매할 수 있지만 동일한 제품의 이전에 지원된 버전을 설치할 수 있는 권리를 부여합니다. 이전 버전은 제품의 현재 버전 대신 유효하게 라이선스가 부여된 사용자가 사용할 수 있습니다. 이전 버전은 제품의 추가 라이선스가 아닙니다. 현재 버전의 대용(substitute)으로만 사용할 수 있습니다.

Oxygen XML Author Professional 라이센스

One software license is required per user.

Support & Maintenance Pack (SMP) provides priority technical support and all new versions released during the SMP period.

Named User License
Install and use the software on as many computers as he or she likes. The total number of Named Users may not exceed the total number of licenses.

Floating User License
A separate license is required for each concurrent user. You may install the software on an unlimited number of computers connected to a designated network

Timed Subscription License
Your rights to use the software are limited to the subscription period indicated on your order. After the expiration of your subscription, you must stop using the software or renew your subscription. Support & Maintenance Pack (SMP) is included. When your subscription ends, the Support & Maintenance Pack (SMP) will also be terminated. Please note: you will need to register you registration code on the publishers website before using your software.

License Server
If you are using floating licenses or a large number of user-based licenses (20 or more) for Oxygen, you must set up an Oxygen License Server.

라이선스가 영구적(영구)인가요 아니면 임시적(시간-제한)인가요?

명명된 사용자(Named User) 또는 유동 라이선스(Floating Licenses)는 모두 영구적이며, 갱신할 필요가 없습니다.

구독 라이선스는 특정 에디션 용으로도 사용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 본 제품을 계속 사용하려면 해당 구독을 갱신해야 합니다.

Support & Maintenance Pack (SMP)이 만료되면 어떻게 되나요?

선택 사양인 Support 및 Maintenance Pack과 함께 Syncro Soft 제품을 구입한 경우, 유지 관리 기간이 끝난 후에도 제품을 계속 사용할 수 있지만, SMP Renewal을 구입하지 않는 한 추가 신규 릴리스에 액세스할 수 없습니다.

기존 라이선스의 시한을 동일하게 (정렬) 할 수 있나요?

예 - ComponentSource는 본래 당사를 통해 구매하지 않은 경우에도 라이선스의 시한을 동일하게 정렬할 수 있도록 합니다. 필요한 사항을 논의하시려면 저희에게 전화하시거나 메시지를 보내주시기 바랍니다.

업그레이드 할 수 있나요?

업그레이드 라이선스(Upgrade Licenses)를 사용하여 동일한 제품 유형(Developer/Author/Editor), 에디션(Professional/Enterprise) 및 라이선스 모델(사용자-기반/유동)의 이전 버전을 최신 상태로 만들 수 있습니다. 제품은 End of Life Policy에 따라 지원 종료 (End of Support) 이정표 이후 12개월 동안 업그레이드할 수 있습니다. 귀하의 제품 버전이 이 버전보다 오래된 경우, 신규 라이선스(New License)를 구매하여야 합니다.
