  • Bidirectional character formatting - The DOCX Editor now supports the bidirectional property in character formatting. This enhancement allows users to get or set the bidirectional behavior (RTL/LTR) for a selected text range. It provides better control over text direction, improving the editing and formatting of multilingual content, especially for right-to-left (RTL) text.
  • Enhanced hash computation with algorithm SID - The ComputeHash API supports the SID algorithm, enabling hashing algorithms, such as SHA-1 and SHA-256, for document protection. This improves password validation when opening, validating, and removing protection from Word documents.
  • Enhanced rendering of images - When opening documents with text wrapping and overlapping layouts, enhanced image rendering ensures that complex designs, such as resumes, brochures, or reports with layered images, preserve their intended layout and visual clarity.
