Oxygen XML Author 27.0 integriert Proofread-KI, um Inkonsistenzen und grammatikalische Fehler zu erkennen und manuelle Überarbeitungen zu reduzieren.

Oxygen XML Author by Syncro Soft is a comprehensive XML editing suite designed for users of all experience levels. It offers a user-friendly interface for creating, editing, and publishing XML content. The software supports industry standards like DITA and DocBook, integrates with content management systems, and provides collaboration features for efficient teamwork. With its extensibility, Oxygen XML Author allows customization for specific workflows and can be further enhanced with an AI assistant for content creation and editing.

The Oxygen XML Author 27.0 release adds a new Proofread AI action which is designed to help users identify potential issues in their content. The AI will then add comments in the content regarding logical consistency problems, grammar or spelling mistakes, or readability and comprehension issues. This streamlines the editing process, reducing manual proofreading effort and ensuring that documents are clearer and more polished before publication.

For cases where incremental sync isn't possible, a full resync option ensures complete data updates.
