- Find Invalid Objects - This new feature allows you to search through database schemas for invalid objects that require recompilation.

- Connectivity support for MariaDB 10.5 and MariaDB SkySQL has been implemented to ensure that the users of dbForge Studio for MySQL can work with the latest database engines and cloud database solutions.
- The Property window now displays Server type for MySQL, MariaDB, Percona, Amazon, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud.
- The Connections section of the System window displays Server Type for MySQL, MariaDB, Percona, Amazon, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud.
- The Database Connection Properties and Test Connection windows have been completely redesigned.
- SQL Document Improvements
- The -nowarn and -endnowarn tags have been added to the Execution warnings functionality for excluding blocks of code from the check.
- An option to export execution history in the CSV file format has been added.
- Code Completion Improvements - Code completion is now available even in the body of triggers and events.
- Data Editor Improvements - Cached Updates mode allows you to control data editing within a single database object.
- Schema Compare Improvements
- Scripts Folder Comparison allows comparing MySQL database schemas with the ones stored locally in the script folders and vice versa.
- Object Filter allows filtering objects right in the comparison document.
- Schema Comparison Report window has been completely redesigned and the report generation options neatly regrouped. In addition, users can select how script diffs will look in their reports.
- HTML reports have a new design and are more informative. HTML reports now include actual script differences.
- Ignore DEFINER and SQL SECURITY clauses option has been modified and was split into two options, Ignore DEFINER clauses and Ignore SQL SECURITY clauses.
- New Ignore row format table option.
- New Ignore AUTO_INCREMENT option.
- Data Compare Improvements
- Scripts Folder Comparison allows comparing MySQL data with the ones stored locally in script folders and vice versa.
- Redesigned Data Compare Control. Viewing of exact data differences has become more smooth.
- In the redesigned Data Comparison Report window all report generation options have been neatly regrouped. In addition, users can select how script diffs will look in their reports.
- Redesigned Data Comparison Report in CSV. Now, dbForge Studio for MySQL generates several report files in CSV format.
- Data Synchronization Wizard includes an option to add a timestamp to the name of the data synchronization script file.
- The wizard has also been extended with the option to set default values that helps synchronizing a NULL source column and a NOT NULL target column.
- Database Backup Improvements - An option to disable reference tables from the backup has been added. Since the reference data is not modified or updated regularly, they do not require backup as often as the rest database objects.
- Data Export/Import Improvements
- The new Output tab has been added to Data Import Wizard and Data Export Wizard to specify the path to a generated file with data.
- The Options window has been expanded with the Data Export\CSV tab to set default delimiter options for the CSV file format.
- All tabs of Data Export Wizard now show a data export format selected.
- Other Improvements
- Command Line prompt has been expanded with a full list of available exit codes.
- Activation of dbForge Studio for MySQL can now be done via the command-line interface.
