Fehlerkorrekturen

• MailMessage.Load hangs.
• TimeZone is null when loading appointment.
• ArgumentNullException while opening VCF file.
• WeekDay can not be converted because of an unexpected value of the Day property.
• BYSETPOS must only be used in conjunction with another BYxxx rule part.
