Fehlerkorrekturen

• Memory is not released after HTML to PDF conversion.
• Textboxes are editable in PDF even though they are set as readonly and disabled property for textbox in HTML.
• Epub to PNG produces OutOfMemory.
• HTML to PNG - IndexOutOfRangeException error.
