Fehlerkorrekturen

• Property collector changes are now correctly invalidated from the agent cache - previously, agents would not pick up property value changes until restarted.
• Corrected date and time display in trigger descriptions and updated column widths on the new trigger pages.
• Fixed a bug when setting launch profile in the DotNet Run action.
