Licensed per year, per developer. With a subscription you can always use the latest version, but you need to have an active license as long as you use EPPlus for development. The license is automatically invoiced at the end of the license period and renewed when the invoice is paid. You can end the subscription at the end of the license period and start a new subscription later when needed.
