  • ExtWebComponents - provides all the components a developer needs to build data-intensive web apps.
  • ExtAngular - provides all the components a developer needs to build data-intensive web apps using Angular.
  • ExtReact - provides all the components a developer needs to build data-intensive web apps using React.
  • Sencha Test - Comprehensive unit and end-to-end testing solution for Ext JS, including support for end-to-end testing of ExtReact, React and Angular apps.
  • Rapid Ext JS - Low-code editor designed to streamline and accelerate Ext JS development.

Standard Support Offering:

  • Access to the current documentation for the Software.
  • Read-only access to the most current source code for SourceSoftware.
  • Unlimited 24×7 access to the community-driven Sencha public support forums.
  • Limited incident support.
  • Support contracts provided with member-only support portal access up to the number of licensed users for which support feeds have been paid.
  • A number of x-credits included that can be spent on any metered support Services. The number of x-credits included in Standard Support is 40 x-credits per Supported user in addition to any additional x-credits purchased.
  • Maximum incident response time of 48 hours as details.
  • Eligible to receive emergency hotfix builds as may be provided.
  • Remote trouble-shooting Services available as detailed in Section 2c.

Platinum Support Offering:

  • All the offerings from the Standard Support Package PLUS
    • Access to 2 free training courses - Develop the skills your team needs to design and build great apps.
    • Priority Support Handling / Automatic escalated services - Receive 2x as many x-credits per user for additional support beyond standard defect cases.

Ist die Lizenz permanent (unbefristet) oder zeitlich begrenzt (befristet)?

Sencha Ext JS ist als Jahresabonnementlizenz für 1 oder mehrere Entwickler oder als unbefristete Lizenz für mindestens 5 Entwickler erhältlich. Die Rechte zum Verteilen und Verwenden von Anwendungen sind für alle Lizenzen unbefristet.

Was geschieht nach dem Ablauf meines Abonnements?

Die Lizenzen für das Jahresabonnement müssen verlängert werden, damit die Software nach Ablauf des ersten Jahres weiterhin verwendet werden kann. Unbefristete Lizenzen können zeitlich unbegrenzt verwendet werden, auch wenn Sie die Lizenz für den Support nach dem ersten Jahr verlängern müssen, um weiterhin Anspruch auf Updates und technischen Support zu haben.

Kann ich meine Lizenzen zeitgleich beenden bzw. anpassen?

Ja - ComponentSource kann Ihre Lizenzen zeitgleich beenden, auch wenn diese ursprünglich nicht über uns erworben wurden. Rufen Sie uns an oder senden Sie uns eine Nachricht, wenn Sie eine Beratung wünschen.

Kann ich eine Vorgängerversion kaufen?

Sencha verkauft keine Vorgängerversionen. Mit dem Kauf einer neuen Lizenz haben Sie allerdings Anspruch auf den Zugang zu einem Download von Vorgängerversionen des Produkts.

Kann ich meine Lizenz auf mehr als einem Computer installieren?

Sencha Ext JS kann auf mehr als einem Computer installiert werden, sofern dieser vom gleichen Entwickler verwendet wird. Jeder Entwickler benötigt eine eigene Lizenz, um die Software zu verwenden.

Kann eine Lizenz von einem Entwickler auf einen anderen übertragen werden?

Bei einer kommerziellen Lizenz muss jeder benannte Benutzer (ein Entwickler oder jeder Benutzer, der die Software zum Entwerfen der Benutzeroberfläche verwendet) über eine Lizenz verfügen. Sie können die Lizenz einmal alle sechs Monate auf einen anderen benannten Benutzer übertragen.

Ist für dieses Produkt eine Online-/Offline-Aktivierung erforderlich?

Nein. Eine Aktivierung ist nicht erforderlich.
