dotConnect Universal Licensing

Single Developer License: install and use the Software on one or more computers, provided it is used by 1 (one) developer for the sole purposes of developing, testing, and deploying applications in accordance with the EULA.

Team Developer License: install and use the Software on one or more computers, provided it is used by up to 4 (four) developers within a single company at one physical address for the sole purposes of developing, testing, and deploying applications in accordance with the EULA.

Site License: Install and use the Software on one or more computers, provided it is used by developers in a single company at one physical address for the sole purposes of developing, testing, and deploying applications in accordance with the EULA.

Licensed developers may also deploy the product’s run-time assemblies with their applications, royalty free, in accordance with the EULA.

FAQ

Combien de temps les licences sont-elles valides ? S'agit-il de licences perpétuelles ou limitées dans le temps ?

dotConnect Universal licences sont permanentes et incluent un abonnement de maintenance et de prise en charge par le support technique de 1, 2 ou 3 ans. Vous pourrez toujours continuer à utiliser le produit acheté une fois la période d'abonnement arrivée à son terme.

Que se passe-t-il après la fin de ma période d'abonnement ?

Vous pouvez continuer à utiliser les produits sous licence aussi longtemps que nécessaire. Lorsque l'abonnement arrivera à son terme, vous ne recevrez plus de mises à jour de produits et ne bénéficierez plus de la prise en charge par le support technique tant qu'une mise à niveau n'aura pas été effectuée. Il est possible de renouveler votre abonnement, à un prix plus attractif que l'achat d'une nouvelle licence.

Est-il possible d'aligner la date limite avec celle de mes autres licences en cours ?

Oui. ComponentSource peut s'arranger pour que toutes vos licences aient une date limite commune, même si vous n'êtes pas passé par nous pour les acheter. N'hésitez pas à nous appeler ou nous pour nous faire part de vos besoins.

Est-ce que je peux mettre à niveau ma licence ?

Les mises à niveau ne sont pas disponibles pour dotConnect Universal .

Est-il possible d'ajouter une nouvelle licence à mon compte Devart existant ?

Oui. De nouvelles licences peuvent être ajoutées à un compte Devart.

Est-ce que je peux acheter une ancienne version de produit?

L’achat d’une nouvelle licence vous permet de télécharger et de profiter des anciennes versions du produit concerné.

Est-il possible d'installer ma licence sur plusieurs machines ?

Oui. Vous pouvez installer, activer et utiliser une copie de dotConnect Universal sur un ordinateur, à condition qu’il ne soit utilisé que par une seule personne. Vous pouvez installer, activer et utiliser une copie supplémentaire de dotConnect Universal sur un deuxième appareil mobile, ordinateur portable ou ordinateur de bureau, pour un usage exclusif du titulaire de la licence.

Le code source est-il disponible ?

Non. Le code source n’est pas disponible pour dotConnect Universal.

Est-il possible de transférer une licence d’un développeur à un autre ?

Pour transférer la propriété d’une licence à une autre personne ou société, vous devez d’abord demander la permission de Devart. Vous devrez spécifier les informations de contact du nouveau propriétaire de la licence, afin que Devart mette à jour ses dossiers.

Quels sont les types de support technique proposés?

Lorsque vous achetez une nouvelle licence, vous pouvez choisir de bénéficier de 1, 2 ou 3 ans de prise en charge prioritaire par le support technique. Vous pouvez choisir de renouveler votre abonnement après 12 mois pour bénéficier d'une année supplémentaire de mises à jour de produits et de prise en charge par le support technique. Priority Support (prise en charge prioritaire) est un programme avancé de support produit, pour vous faire bénéficier d'une assistance individuelle accélérée et répondre à vos questions sur dotConnect Universal, ce en échangeant directement avec les développeurs dotConnect Universal. La prise en charge prioritaire par le support technique est effectuée par e-mail, avec un délai de réponse de 2 jours ouvrables.

Est-il nécessaire d'effectuer une activation en ligne/hors connexion pour ce produit ?

dotConnect Universal ne nécessite pas d’activation.
