Priority Support
One year of priority, remote and rapid response support:

  • Unlimited number of standard support requests - With the priority support subscription your organisation may send as many non-priority support requests as needed, plus 12 priority questions.
  • Guaranteed response time - For priority questions you will be given an exclusive priority support email address; normally you will receive a response within a few working hours but Steem Software guarantee that you will receive a reply within at most 24 hours during working hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Remote assistance support - Steema Software's support tech can access your system directly if required or you can keep control of your machine and we’ll provide detailed guidance on how to resolve the problem. (Remote Desktop powered by FixMe.IT)
  • Access to preview releases - Subscribers have access to preview releases of the products under support.

Subscription Renewal
Extends your current subscription for 1 Year.
1 Month Grace Period for Expired suscriptions is available, after that you will need to buy the corresponding upgrade price option.

Il codice sorgente è disponibile?

Il codice sorgente non è disponibile per TeeSuite for .NET, tuttavia è disponibile anche TeeChart for Visual Studio .NET with Source.

Una licenza può essere trasferita da uno sviluppatore a un altro?

Puoi trasferire il software (comprese tutte le parti componenti) con la consapevolezza che il beneficiario accetta i termini e le condizioni del contratto di licenza. In questo caso, contatta Steema tramite comunicazione scritta del trasferimento della licenza e includi i recapiti del destinatario.

TeeSuite for .NET richiede l'attivazione. Se il computer da attivare non è connesso a Internet, puoi utilizzare un modulo online su una computer separato per generare un codice di attivazione.
