One software license is required per user.

Each copy of the AspCoreGen 3.0 Razor Professional Plus is licensed on a per user basis. Users may install a license on up to 2 machines provided they are the only user.
A license maybe installed on the same machine over-and-over as long as the machine has not been replaced, rebuilt, or upgraded. This will count as 1 install.
