Developer License

• One software license is required per Developer. You may install the software on a primary computer and also a portable computer as long as it is for the exclusive use of the licensee.
• You may distribute the software runtimes along with your own products royalty free. You may not distribute the source code.

Company License

• Install the software on an unlimited number of Developer computers in your Company. A Company is classed as all the property/subsidiaries owned by a Company.
• You may distribute the software runtimes along with your own products royalty free. You may not distribute the source code.

Free updates for 1 Year

• All new licenses include 1 Year of free updates. After one year you can upgrade to the latest version by purchasing the Update license.
