Perpetual License: One software license is required per machine. Each license can be installed on only one machine and cannot be used concurrently.
1 year of support and minor and major upgrades are included with Perpetual Licenses.
Support and upgrade renewals are available for 1 or 2 years. If you choose not to renew you may continue to use the software but will not be eligible for support or upgrades.

Subscription License: One software license is required per machine, per year. Each license can be installed on only one machine and cannot be used concurrently.
Support and all upgrades are available during the subscription period.
To continue to use the software you must renew your Subscription License each year.

Perpetual Floating License: A floating license allows you to install and use the same license on multiple machines. This license option tracks the number of simultaneous users.
1 year of support and minor and major upgrades are included with Perpetual Licenses.
You will need a floating license for each concurrent user (Minimum quantity 2).
For example, if you have a team of 10 users but only require 3 users to use ERBuilder at any one time then you would need to purchase 3 Floating Licenses. Notice that all your machines need to be in the same physical or virtual network.
