Basic Edition allows clients to install the software product on exactly one (1) computer system. Client can store a backup copy of the software but cannot use two copies of the software at any one time. Basic Edition does NOT allow to make use of the software through a corporate network. Also, it does not include command line support and has no subscription for updates.

Business Edition allows clients to install the software product on not more than five (5) computer systems. Also, it includes command line support feature and 1-year subscription for updates. Business Edition does NOT allow to redistribute the software product or include it into software products that the company sells.

Enterprise Edition allows clients to install the software product on an unlimited number of machines within the organization. All machines must be owned, leased, or used for the purpose of the purchasing company. Enterprise Edition does NOT allow to redistribute the software product or include it into software products that the company sells. Also, it includes command line support feature and lifetime subscription for updates.

Free subscription for updates

As every Intelligent Converters product, Oracle Migration Toolkit is supplied with one year subscription for updates (except Basic Edition). It means that you will receive new versions of the software included in Oracle Migration Toolkit for free within one year. Moreover, you will receive all new utilities for migration from/to Oracle that will be released during your subscription period.
