PDF Rendering and PDF Viewer:

• Annotations are rendered opaque when using the Quadrifoglio engine.
• Annotations and form fields are not printed or converted to image.

PDF Rendering:

• PDFFile.GetPageImage throws an exception with some PDF files.
• Some form fields are not rendered when converting PDF pages to image.
• Annotations and form fields are not rendered when converting PDF pages to image if the local culture is not English.
