One software license is required per device/machine.
License Price includes one year maintenance.
The license is perpetual however without a valid Maintenance Subscription you will not be entitled to technical support or product updates.

Small Business
This license is for organizations that have less than 3,000 clients.

Medium Business
This license is for organizations that have between 3,001 and 10,000 clients.

Large Business
This license is for organizations that have more than 10,001 clients.

Service Provider License - For Service providers with more than one employee packaging on behalf of another organization.
Excerpt from EULA: A “Service Provider” purchases the software to perform services to end users for commercial purposes. In this context end user means licensees customer who uses Licensors software products.

Maintenance Subscription Includes

• Submit unlimited support requests during the period of your maintenance contract.
• Transferable to another named contact within your organization if your responsibilities change.
