Each user license allows you to have one named user account on one SourceOffSite server.

SourceOffSite is licensed on a per user (not concurrent user) basis. The total number of SourceOffSite users must not exceed the total number of purchased licenses for your organization. SourceOffSite is licensed per user, but you are free to make use of your license from any computer. You may install the SourceOffSite Client on as many computers as you want.

The SourceOffSite Server is included with any purchase of a SourceOffSite Client. No matter how you configure your network or your SourceOffSite installation, you are legally using our product if you have purchased one license for each client user. There is no separate fee or license required for the SourceOffSite Server.
The with cryptography edition is restricted from being used in Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
