One software license required per MySQL Server per year.
To continue to use the software you must purchase an annual subscription license each year.

Important: Please note that there may be a delay before you can use this software as a unique License key has to be generated using your order details. The License Key to unlock the full retail version will be sent to you by email as soon as possible.

Perpetual License - Pre April 1st 2019
For perpetual licenses purchased prior to April 1st 2019 you will continue to be able to use the software version that you purchased and any upgrades that you purchased as part of a maintenance package prior to April 1st 2019 and will be able to access future releases of product updates and bug fixes as long as you continuously stay current on your renewal of maintenance contracts after April 1st 2019.
If you do not renew your maintenance contract then you retain your current perpetual license for the version you had within maintenance however you will not benefit from future updates. If you do not renew maintenance and you want an update in the future then you will need to purchase the update and will then be subject to the new updated annual subscription pricing plan.
