After reviewed about few products of report generation, we selected syncfusion DocIO for our developments. I glad to say that we have chosen correct product. This is really helpful us for rapid application development. I have used most of the features in DocIO and few features in PDF. I used libraries to automated mail generating module which has variety of functions like mail merge, doc to pdf, encrypt documents, sign documents, doc to html ,etc…and we are intend to use syncfusion for our upcoming projects. It’s not difficult to deal with their libraries and if we get problem we’ll get good support via their helping team.

I've used DocIO in our web application for the past 3 years. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing the component and am very glad I chose it. I primarily use it for automating mail merges, but recently I've also started using it to customise word docs in a variety of ways (using a starting document as a template then inserting data into tables, inserting charts and the like). There's no way we want to have to install MSWord on our production server (Windows 2008), and DocIO means that we didn't need to do this. All incidents that I have submitted have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. We've found a couple of minor bugs, which were addressed immediately and a patch released to me within days. I also suggested some additional functionality, which was accepted and included in a future release on time as promised. So I would definitely recommend both the component, and Syncfusion as a company worth dealing with.
