The version 5.0.0 release of the SQL Server Comparison Tool can now identify all the differences between two databases and generate a SQL script to be run on the target database to apply these changes. It also makes it easy to see the structural differences between the two databases and offers the option to back up the target database before making the changes. Generating a SQL script to deploy database changes makes the migration process error free and can save hours of work.
