Enhanced High DPI Resolution Support

  • Enabled SVG icons by default across all supported UI controls.
  • In addition to built-in icons displayed at runtime, numerous PNG icons have been replaced with SVG equivalents in design-time editors. Please note that this change primarily affects Embarcadero RAD Studio Alexandria 11 IDE because only its latest versions support High DPI environments.

'Light' Style Rendering

  • Enabled the 'Light' Style rendering mode by default (TdxVisualRefinements.ApplyLightStyle(True)).
  • For backward compatibility, call the TdxVisualRefinements.Reset procedure or adjust extra paddings and lightweight borders separately.
  • The following UI controls now support 'Light' style rendering:
    • TdxListViewControl and TdxShellListView.
    • TcxPivotGrid and TcxDBPivotGrid.
    • TcxTreeList, TcxVirtualTreeList, and TcxDBTreeList.
    • TcxDBVerticalGrid, TcxRTTIInspector, TcxVirtualVerticalGrid, and TcxVerticalGrid.
    • TcxMCListBox.
    • TcxListView.

New Microsoft Windows 11 Theme

  • Added a new WXI skin (theme) which is based on Microsoft Windows 11.
  • The WXI theme ships with advanced visual effects and animations.
  • Optimized the rendering engine to address rendering performance and UI/UX flexibility. With this new rendering engine, new vector skins can be delivered faster and help you ship more modern and elegant user interfaces.
