This is where we will give details about the licensing of your product. For example:

Developer License: One software license is required per Developer.
Site Wide License: Allows Unlimited Developers at a single physical address.

Run-time royalty free.

Server License: One software license is required per Server. If additional CPUs are installed in the target machine then the customer requires as many Additional CPU Licenses as CPUs are in the target machine.
Additional CPU License: This license is required whenever a server has more than 1 CPU. For example, if the server has 4 CPUs then you are required to purchase 1 server license plus 3 additional CPU Licenses.

Source Code Escrow Subscription Licensing Your subscription will commence upon completion of a separate License Agreement. This Source Code Escrow License Agreement will be sent to you by mail and you should read it carefully before signing, to show your acceptance of the terms enclosed. Return the signed agreement to us and we will confirm our acceptance, by countersigning it and returning a copy to you. If you do not wish to sign the agreement, please contact our Customer Services department to cancel your Source Code Escrow Subscription order.
